"He's Just Not That Into You," a comedy about the trials and tribulations that twenty-something Gigi has to go through before finding a guy who is boyfriend material, premiered to U.S. audiences in February.

The film was adapted from the same titled novel written by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo, who took actual dating scenarios and answered questions that women had regarding how to know if a guy is really interested in her and if he is worth her time.

While the film makes it seem like women are the only people concerned about figuring out male dating rituals, the truth of the matter is guys are equally as confused as girls. In order to help out any confusion that the males on campus may have, The Signal went out and asked California State University, Stanislaus females how a guy can tell if she's just not that into them.

"I just don't answer their calls or I send them straight to voice mail." -- Francisca Contreras, junior.

"When they try and talk to me, I use my left hand a lot so they are sure to notice my wedding ring." -- Heather Mandujan, junior.

"When they are talking to me, I avoid eye contact or respond with one word answers." -- Meghan Bullington, junior.

"My girlfriends and I use a signal, like pulling on my ear, so they know I need rescuing from a guy who is coming on too strong. Then we will make up some lame excuse, like having a curfew, so we can leave." -- Shelby Christeson, junior.

"I don't play games. If I am not interested I will just say, I am not interested. If that doesn't work, I flat out say, it's not gonna happen!" -- Tiffany Cisco, junior.
