Henry's March is a fundraising event that will benefit the Children's Craniofacial Association, a nonprofit organization that assists the families of children born with facial disfigurations.

Why a ballot initiative of course. A growing political movement is moving across the state, and it goes by the name of Tuition Relief Now.
The Human Resources games team brought home first and second place
CSU Stanislaus Human Resources games teams have claimed First and Second place in the 2008 California HR Games Championships. This is the sixth consecutive victory by CSU Stanislaus. The CSU Stanislaus team, which has laid claim to the national title the past two years under the direction of Professor Ed Hernandez, won its third straight state championship against a top field of teams.

The Psychological Counseling Services Wellness Workshops are starting again for the Spring semester 2008. The first meeting occurred March 11 on Mindful Meditation. The following meetings at Assertiveness Training on March 12, Learning from Dreams March 19, Visual Journal April 8, and When You and I Become "Us" April 22.

Last week Associated Students Incorporated discussed the issue of a reported unpleasant teacher who has had multiple complaints and filed grade appeals. The professor has tenure here at California State University, Stanislaus and has been part of the faculty since 1982.

The Career Services Center is hosting its first Human and Health Sciences Expo from 4 to 6 p.m. on March 11 in MSR 130 to provide students with a valuable opportunity to network with potential employers. "On a number of levels, this is good practice for our students," said Christine Hollister, director of Career Development Services.
